there was no water||okay, that might be just a temporary unforeseen problem.||however, the hotel did not provide any alternative for the guests (such as providing bottled water, giving you a voucher to buy water, giving a discount, or simply - and at least - apologizing. the hotel did none of that).||this problem went through three days. the staff always lied saying that the water would come back in 20 minutes, and it never did. nor could me and my boyfriend plan ahead for going out, since we could not know when we would be able to brush our tooth, take a shower or go to the bathroom.||there was no prior notice that the water would be cut nor the staff did anything to help the guests deal with that circumstance.||apart from it, the bathroom was extremely small. one should open the door, then get into the showering spot to be able to close the door and access the toilet. the towels provided were stinky and the room service was not done regularly. breakfast is also a letdown - no fruits, cold bread, although the coffee itself was not too bad.||the hotel is well-located though, near the metro and a beautiful park. anyway, there are many hotel options in the area, and I would certainly recommend anyone to go look for a room...

On our first two days here, our room was cleaned when we returned in the afternoon. On our last day, we left the hotel at 9.30 am and returned at 3 pm to find our room not serviced. The receptionist said when we went out "later" we could have our room serviced but we insisted on prompt resolution...
