Worse experience I ever had in Santiago.

First when we got there the host told us there's 15-20minutes wait while half of the interior place was empty. We waited on the bar for 25-30min until we asked the manager who informed us that the kitchen is closed. She made an exception for us and gave us a table. The waiter took him 5 minutes to bring us the menu. Then we were 15 minutes waiting for a waiter to take out order. There was one guy always finding an excuse of saying he will be with us in a moment. So after a total of 45minutes waiting since the moment we enter the restaurant the waiter came to take our orders. We told him that this was not acceptable that the wait was too long. Instead of apologizing he rudely responded to us and saying that it wasn't there problem. After hearing that respond we left the place. It was the worst service I ever had in Santiago.

Hi, this place was recommended to me by a friend of mine. We had made a reservation on the phone, the staff on the other side of the phone wasn't the most friendly staff member. Anyhow we arrived and we were standing there for over a minute before someone attended us. The restaurant, decoration and plates are in theme and are an amazing asset! The food we ordered was delicious but the portions are small for the price you pay. La comida era rica pero la atención del mesonero fue deficiente. Fue amable pero no supo recomendar sobre el tamaño de los platos. Solo un plato es para compartir, los demás son para una sola persona.

Probamos Beyti Kebap, muy rico, aunque indicaba que tenía dos tipos de carne, vacuno y cordero, solo aprecié un tipo de carne en trozos, la otra era carne molida sin sabor definido. Particularmente no me gusta la carne molida, ni albóndigas por eso pedí este plato y no otros, pero tenía carne molida de relleno.

Pedimos pasta típica, Manti vegetariana, muy rica y Manty con carne. La porción es un poco pequeña.

Los jugos naturales son hechos con pulpa que viene con azúcar no hacen jugos sin azúcar.

La reserva se hace automáticamente desde la aplicación Google map, No se puede hacer cambios. El número telefónico no sirve. Queríamos agregar a otra persona y fue imposible. No hay un teléfono que permita hablar con alguien.

Al leer las reseñas, tenía buena nota en calidad y sabor de la comida. Sin embargo, había varias quejas sobre la mala atención del personal y de la persona de la barra. Lamentablemente tuvimos una mala experiencia. Pedimos dos tragos Bombay, el primero sin pepino estaba ok. El segundo vino con pepino y tenía un sabor muy amargo y sabía a alcohol puro. Llamamos a la mesera para indicar que nos cambiaran este trago, ésta llamó a la chica de la barra (cubana), la cual fue grosera, indicando que ella lo había preparado como siempre, por lo cual no se cambiaría y se cobraría.

Es una lástima que la mala atención y la grosería de la chica de la barra echara a perder el momento de compartir con amigos.

Espero que el dueño mejore lo relacionado al mal trato de su personal con los clientes. Porque la comida es rica. El ambiente acogedor. Pero creo que no volvería. Lo mismo piensan mis amigos...
