Tagle Hotel Boutique — Hotel in Providencia

I booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting Santiago. From the moment that I received a reply from an email that I sent the hotel to inquire about transport to the hotel from the airport I was extremely impressed. The hotel gave me all the information that I needed and offered to book the transport and arrange for a driver to be waiting in the airport for my parents. This was fantastic. Then my parents luggage did not arrive and the hotel staff was extremely helpful in assisting my parents with whatever they needed to make their stay as comfortable as possible considering the inconvenience of not having their baggage. The hotel went as far as giving me updates (via email) as to what was happening with my parents. The staff at this hotel gets a gold star for customer service from me. I have never experienced anything like this.||In addition my parents LOVED the hotel. The location, the breakfasts and the fact that it was a quiet comfortable room. The hotel staff recommended local tours and trips for my parent which they were extremely pleased with. My mom said that one of the staff even walked her to a spa appointment and then picked her up and walked her back to the hotel. Amazing! ||This hotel should definitely be considered when booking a stay in Santiago. As per my parents they said they would stay there again any time and they insisted that if I ever visit Santiago this hotel would definitely be the place to stay. Thank you to all the staff at...

We stayed at Tagle on 30-31/01/2023. Our arrival was early in the morning and we communicated with the hotel management and asked for early check-in before our arrival. Despite their positive response, we kept waiting until 20 minutes before the check-in time, even though all the rooms were available which we now understand why. They asked us to pay an early check-in fee if we wanted to go into our room any earlier than the regular check-in time despite our communication. Room 16 (run away if you are given that room) had a nasty, disgusting smell coming from the bathroom fan which you cannot turn off, and made the whole room smell like a toilet. The room was extremely small with no proper ventilation other than the window situated right above the roof that you don't feel like keeping open. I question the sanity of the air in the room. We didn't even want to say anything after our first experience, thinking we could be kept waiting for another 4 hours. || ||On the other hand, the location of the hotel was good with its being close to restaurants and transportation. Excelente!!!! Pensa num lugar bom para se hospedar... No princípio, fiquei meio duvidoso em escolhê-lo, por conta das fotos, achando que não era tudo aquilo, mas pasmem vocês, é bem melhor pessoalmente do quê olhando pelas fotos. Quarto muito limpo, espaçoso, tinha frigobar, armários para guardar roupa, cabideiro, uma mesinha com cadeira, abajur excelentes dos dois lados, excelente banheiro, duas gavetas, um ótimo espelho, secador de cabelo, sem dizer o chuveiro que era muito bom. Única coisa que não tinha no banheiro era a ducha higiênica, mas não fez muita falta. Os atendentes da recepção são: Angel, um rapaz de 21 anos incrível, muito atencioso e prestativo, nos deu dicas imprescindíveis, orientando em tudo que precisávamos. Com certeza um rapaz que terá um futuro brilhante, pois não é fácil encontrar pessoas tão gentis e agradáveis como ele. Rerardo (Regulo), um homem muito educado e sorridente, muito prestativo e atencioso. Antônio, também muito educado, prestativo e atencioso. Tudo que precisávamos os três estavam disponíveis para nos ajudar, meu agradecimento aos três por toda estadia, que foi excepcional. Há ainda o chefe de cozinha (servia um excelente café da manhã, de 7h às 10h), e quando precisávamos, deixava pronto pronto o lanche para levar, pois alguns passeios tínhamos que sair às 06:00, ele também é muito educado e atencioso. As camareiras do hotel são excelentes, deixam impecáveis a limpeza e a arrumação do quarto, deixando o ambiente extremamente limpo e confortável. Nos quartos eles deixam disponíveis um excelente sabonete, creme de pele, shampoo e condicionador. Todos os dias há um café da tarde, das 16h às 17h, com opções de chá (gratuito - cortesia). Vale destacar que o café deles é bem similar ao nosso, o que faz valer muito a pena por lá kkk. Das 20h às 21h há degustação de vinho gratuito também, naquele espaço que é muito lindo. A localização do hotel é excelente, fica em Providencia, quase em frente a uma delegacia de polícia, um lugar muito tranquilo, que dá para andar sem medo a noite (lá escurece quase às 22h). Tem várias opções de comida por perto, gostamos muito do Papa Johnes, com excelentes pizzas. Na rua de cima, tem um supermercado Líder Express (na rua do Domino’s), onde é possível encontrar preços bem melhores do quê o que se encontra no Jumbo (supermercado que se localiza no Costanera Shopping). Tem casas de câmbio próximas, mas é melhor andar um pouco e ir em Pedro de Valdívia (onde encontramos as melhores cotações). Esse hotel fica próximo ao Ibis Providencia, mas sem sobras de dúvidas foi a melhor opção que escolhemos, muito aconchegante, tranquilo, é um hotel silencioso, conservado e limpo. Vale destacar que é um hotel muito novo. Com certeza indico para todos, o custo benefício é excelente. Não sei como alguém reclamam de lá.. Para mim, o hotel é melhor até mesmo que os hotéis 5 estrelas brasileiros nos quais eu já fui. Merece a pontuação 10,0. Destaco ainda que eles compreendem tranquilamente o Português e falam ainda um Portunhol, visto que na descrição está somente Inglês e Espanhol. Quem tiver na dúvida, vá sem medo, fará uma...
