The most generous but with the most rules cart noodles. You have to order for one time and you shall never hurry the chef. All toppings are genuinely fantastic!!! My favourite have to be marinated tofu, turnip, spicy squid and soft beef tendon (according to my personal rank). The venus clam makes the soup base extra sweet so you may order to try. Rice vermicelli is a good choice of noodles as it is chewy and absorbs the flavourful soup. Please also order the spicy sauce as well. Honey chasiu is sweet, flavourful and tender, but with a bit of tendon. a bit pricy after all. Satay chives with pigs blood is phenomenal. One of the best blood I have ever tasted, soft but chewy. A grimy spot with amazing cart noodles! I’ve been to every famous cart noodle shop in Hong Kong and this one beats them all. Every ingredient was fresh. I added clams to my noodles and there was no sand at all. The stick of cha sounds so fatty and perfect. Expect to queue but worth the wait. Tried the tomato and laksa broth, the tomato broth was a thin broth but very flavorful and had depth. Laska broth wasn’t bad but heavier on the coconut milk so not my liking. Bbq pork was tender and juicy. More on the sweeter side but would recommend trying.
