One of the most popular restaurant chains in the area for Peking Duck. It definitely didn't disappoint.
Hotspot area for tourists visiting the Forbidden City, make sure to get here early for dinner, or you'll end up waiting +2 hrs on a weekday. There's a decent size customer waiting room with tons of chairs. Complementary drinks and snacks are provided and self served. When you get there, make sure to scan the QR code to get on the list. There's a huge TV screen showing waiting times along with whos next. They'll bring a menu and ask you to pre-order what you want in advance since it's insanely busy. You might end up sharing a huge round table with one or two other groups.
The Peking Duck was so juicy, and the skin was crispy. Perfectly done. Every wrap I made... I gobbled it up in one bite. Ordered half a duck for two.
The five kind appetizer was alright. The silky tofu was a huge portion, and the sauce wasn't too salty. The salad was amazing and fresh.
I would highly recommend this restaurant as they specialize and nailed the Peking Duck. Would definitely return and plan on...

Lightly glazed, the skin was crisp and delicious, especially when dipped in the sugar! Everything was wonderful. The restaurant may not be as fancy as other places, but the quality (and quantity) of food makes up for...

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier, they made us feel very welcome. One thing to note: WeChat and Alipay didn’t work for us, and Visa isn’t accepted, so be sure to bring enough cash. Overall, fantastic food and service, highly...
