The restaurant that I went to was ar the Donghuamen Branch. The beef pancake was amazingly filled with succulent beef and gravy. The stir fry intestine was served the last but tasted the best. The stir fry sliced lamb was cooked in the Beijing spices style.

Read more附近有一間「河沿春餅」,一開始走錯。大約晚上6點到達,前面有幾組人在等待,我們大概等了20分鐘,拼桌。
店內有空調但完全不涼,吃個飯汗如雨下,有點影響胃口。服務人員很貼心,聽到我說不喜歡甜食,點菜時都會提醒我哪一道菜是甜的不要點,但友人嗜甜所以還是點了😂
餐點: 🥢牛肉餅:餅皮酥脆,牛肉的分量很有誠意,厚厚的餅皮包裹著厚厚的餡。香氣十足,牛肉餡多汁,吃兩塊就很有飽足感。非常喜歡。
🥢芝麻醬糖餅:餅皮酥脆,芝麻醬很厚一層,香味濃郁但很甜。我不喜歡甜食,吃一口就膩但友人非常愛,連吃了好幾塊。
🥢京醬肉絲:又鹹又甜,用豆腐皮包著吃,肉絲中規中矩,醬香濃郁。
🥢巧拌絲瓜尖:涼菜。很清爽且口感脆嫩鮮香,酸辣口,很開胃。
🥢蔥爆羊肉:羊羶味有點重且羊肉偏肥但我個人很喜歡。口感上有點粉粉的,可能醃的時候澱粉放多了。大量的蔥爆炒,香氣十足,很下飯。
🥢乾隆白菜:沒照片,拼桌後跟旁邊的聊上,他們分我吃。生白菜加上麻醬,麻將很濃郁但口味又酸又甜,吃不明白。
