Hatsune — Restaurant in Beijing

A Japanese restaurant in the middle of CBD (Central Business District). So where the 5-Star hotels are located and the rich people go shopping. This restaurant has anyway prices a normal person can afford (sure, some dishes could be also expensive). Pre-corona this restaurant was always crowded and many people had to sit at the bar. A good place to be so you can enjoy watching the sushi/sashimi master when they prepare your dish. These days, after it reopened after corona, with the current dip in the economy the restaurant is not as crowded as before.

The staff before and after corona is the same. So the owner kept the people even the restaurant was closed. Great...
