The stone pot 猪油捞饭 in particular was flavourful and as the rice gets a bit crusty later, the 锅巴 was yums. The char siew is tender with the right balance of lean and fatty meat. Normally I would have picked roast duck for a 双拼 but since I had Peking Duck for lunch already, I chose the Soya Sauce Chicken, which was tender, though I wished they didn't give us the drumstick part that's full of bones. The Caixin with Beef was disappointing, too salty and both the veg and beef were overcooked.
