Saizeriya Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Guangzhou City

I ate at this restaurant today. The food was pretty good. Unfortunately the staff was unprofessional and rude. I am from the US and I speak Chinese poorly. When I asked the waitress about my drink that I thought they forgot, the waiter didn't respond to me but instead started joking and laughing with another Chinese customer that I didn't know that drinks are available on a self-serv basis.
