I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Trip.com. The images displayed on their website and the actual condition of the hotel room worlds' apart (see attached photos). I made a reservation for a Duplex Family Room with three beds for a two-night stay, but the condition of the room was so bad, we check out the very next morning.The rooms are aged and poorly maintained, emitting an unpleasant odor of urine throughout. The appliances in the room were not only incredibly dirty but also in such a state that they were essentially unusable and beds are terrible as well. To make matters worse, accessing the rooms was a cumbersome process. First, one must take the elevator to the 23rd floor, exit it, and then proceed through a separate security gate, requiring yet another key card to access another elevator leading to the rooms. The location is the best part of our stay, being next to the mall means plenty of food choices and shopping. And surrounded by more malls and the metro means not having to worry about wet weather and easy to get around. Unfortunately the room itself is the letdown. The water pressure is so low that if you are showering and someone flushes. You will get a trinkle stream and let wonder when you can finish showering.
