Amaze Dumplings — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Had a pleasant lunch here. We ordered 2 noodles and 3 dumplings, everything was excellent. Dan dan noodles were very peanuty, scallion noodles were flavourful, noodles were perfectly cooked and chewy. The dumplings had lots of meat and very juicy, but my favourite would probably the lava corn dumplings. Crunchy skin but juicy filling. Mala chicken dumplings were not spicy but still flavourful. The waitress was very polite and kind. The interior was relaxing although it’s a bit narrow and cramped especially if you have more than 3 people. It’s a bit pricey for dumplings but it’s worth going once in a while. Plus point for cute dumpling-shaped...

this is absolutely no offense to the owners or cooks who were trying to make a fusion Western style thing, but the dumplings with mayonnaise on top and inside taste extremely awful , barely finished those. IMHO, none of the dumplings in any universe should taste like that. The service is amazing, though, and the girl at the counter is super friendly, but please 🙏 don't do that to beloved food for God's sake. as i reckon the only time I had worse Chinese food than that was in New York in some hostel in Manhattan 😉and I ordered some American Chinese delivery that tasted even worse than that , it didn't cost that...

Hailey and her team are excellent! Amaze Dumplings 🥟—our first time here. A friend had told us how good it was back when it was a 6 seat shop, but now that they’ve expanded, more people have the opportunity to enjoy their culinary brilliance. Tried several dishes—great for sharing—and there are still many more I want to try in my second go. The lamb and the shrimp dumplings seem right up my alley!
