Borgo C — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

I’ve come to Borgo C a number of times for lunch. The food here is quite simple but is tasty. The menu is Chinese with a bit of western influence. I wouldn’t call it fusion but it’s not a typical tea restaurant or fast casual Hong along restaurant.

The lunch sets are pretty good deal and they come with a dessert. If you have a big appetite you may not get full but for an average person the portion size is adequate.

By the Harbour, in the middle of all food quarter. This place did not disappoint. Dish choices resemble the result of a good chef who likes to experiment coming up with fusion dishes of different origin, brave mix of ingredients, accurate replicate of traditional dishes, bring out taste of ingredients instead of overpowering spices, not greasy, no MSU, practical decor, moderately priced, GREAT service...... ...

Certainly one of HK's best kept secret. The local Cantonese dishes are simple, yet cooked to perfection.

Their staff are extremely friendly and full of joy; this place is just buzzing with passion for good food and good wine.

Look out for the tray of delectable dessert selection! And ask for their signature SK2.
