This Starbucks is located on Toi Hong Street in the Aldrich Bay area of San Wan Ho. It is open from 7.30am to 9pm (weekdays) and 8am to 9pm (weekends). Indoor seating area is decent, same list of coffees, non-coffees and counter food items you will find at all Starbucks branches around the city. Popped by for an espresso while in the area recently. Tasted as expected. Not much in the form of local or artisan coffee shops in this area yet leaving Starbucks as a convenient option if you find yourself nearby and in need of a caffeine fix.

This Starbucks is always go-to coffee shop after run. I will say Starbucks never has the best coffee but the service of this shop is superb. The barista is super nice and really helpful. The cashier is friendly and we sometimes will chitchat. I also like the environment as I can sit by the window and seeing people walking. Nice Starbucks.

這天經過西灣河soho附近的星巴克, 癮起無法子下走了入去, 平日一般會盡可能唔入去因為太貴, 自己在家裡搞只不過是荳的成本而已, 一般來星巴克都只叫杯黑啡但今天見張海報幾吸引就想試下季節供應的沖繩黑糖Latte, 雖然要41蚊但都一於試一次, 其實好多地方都要成差不多38蚊杯Latte起是等閒事, 我明白市價這回事但我最感覺不值的是我們飲貴Latte!一打開個蓋一湧而上的是香甜味, 重係帶輕微焦香嘅啡糖氣味, 呢下先俾嗅覺去享受咗,但這香氣只會在第一下打開蓋那10秒左右跟住就昇華了, 再而見到的係一圈唧在面頭嘅忌廉, 不過這裡不愧是餐飲業大集團個唧忌廉都係同小本經營的小店完全唔一樣, 忌廉口感係似自家手打嗰種的7-8成打起狀態, 啖落去柔滑得嚟輕如無物, 估計有可能係用真的淡忌廉但用上壓縮氣體槍唧出來的效果, 再飲落個奶啡度就真的是一杯類似咖啡雞尾酒的飲料, 甜味同奶味主導下啡味變為配角, 啡味只會跟在後頭另外又買咗包哥倫比亞荳(Colombia single origin 100%Arabica) 250g $103這價錢是由舊年年頭左右由$93 調整至現在的$103, 包裝袋上介紹味道標語上註: Juicy & Nutty 但以前飲過同一隻荳感覺係好一般, 不過已經可能一年之前嘅事, 記憶模糊, 這次再試 用手沖做出來味道都頗濃但又無乜花香唔覺酸反而幾苦輕微回甘但佢又無乜aftertaste. 第二日用虹吸壺做 味道都一樣的頗濃, 好苦下同樣無乜aftertaste. 不過今次試落1 tsp honey味道完全改變咗! 好飲咗好多只帶好少甜味但苦味全消亦無感覺到任何蜜糖的酸味, 我用的只是一隻幾平易下嘅英國牌子蜜糖, 佢寫就係寫住100%pure honey嘅, 呢隻荳佢註明係Roast - Mid但望落個色又幾深下! 同時都有些碎荳在內, 如果要形容呢隻荳我會借用一套美劇的台詞”Black as night Sweet as sin” (電視劇"美國眾神") 有陣時會聽到有些啡友一聽到星巴克咖啡就會覺得唔夠專業, 無內涵, 大集團產品非公平交易, 一大堆負面野跟住後面, 但我個人又覺得係咪有時太多先入為主反而影響咗獨立咁去睇一件事,

This Starbucks is always go-to coffee shop after run. I will say Starbucks never has the best coffee but the service of this shop is superb. The barista is super nice and really helpful. The cashier is friendly and we sometimes will chitchat. I also like the environment as I can sit by the window and seeing people walking. Nice Starbucks.

My favorite Starbucks in Hong Kong, probably because it’s closest to my home. Very friendly staff who would start making my usual Latte the minute they see me come in. Could be hard to find a seat though since it would be crowded with Soccer mom during the school time and with students after the school time and...
