This is the only South East Asian restaurant in the area and is one of the better restaurants on the Sai wan ho promenade. My rating is based on:

The fried rice and noodle dishes here are also pretty good. My favorite dish here is the gui yang. The way it’s prepared is quite authentic and reminiscent of versions I have had in Thailand.
The service here is really hit or miss and the main reason I wouldn’t rate this place higher. They do have a mandatory service charge so my expectations is to have decent service. Decent service for me is explaining the menu, a proper greeting, checking in if I need anything. I don’t get that consistently here and therefore say the service is subpar.
Usually I don’t proactively go back to places I rate rate 3 stars. However, it’s a five minute walk from my flat and the food is good so I do come here when I don’t want to go too...

Although there were cars parked on street, I could still enjoy the high-rise building lights on the other side of the eastern Victoria Harbour. This is a complement.
Given the price I spent, I expected better food quality. Instead, all dishes were just average. Not bad, but no nice word worth giving as well.
