I've been coming here for the last 4 1/2 years, and I'm sorry to say that today's will be my last visit. Why? The food has gone from relatively tasty/above average to tasteless/bland/poor. Service has gone from friendly to poker faced (especially the cashier today). The only thing unchanged seems to be the Coffee, but there are many other options for that. It used to be packed during lunch, but when I visited today, there were lots of tables available....

Great coffee and a good social purpose to train the new faces of HK hospitality. A little more variety for pastries and better presentation of dishes would win 5* No fruit juice...
