A Michelin Starred restaurant that is totally deserving of the accolade. Its cuisine is excellent all around. Dim sums are terrific, as are the classic Cantonese dishes. Moreover, it has a resident Sichuan chef so the Sichuan dishes are great. I can't tell you that they are authentic because I have not been to Sichuan. But they are sure spicy. It isn't too spicy and the fish was very different in the sense that it had been coated before it was fried so it has a silky coating to it.
Also had the sweet and sour pork with aged citrus peel.
I found this too sweet but was nice how every piece of pork was shaped like a ball.
Last but not least was the pea sprouts topped with crab roe and balsamic vinegar pearls!
