Guo Fu Lou has maintained a high standard of traditional Chinese cuisine since its relocation from Wan Chai. Steamed rice in lotus leaf is still the highlight: the rice has flavour sufficiently absorbed and right amount of moisture, mixed with diced chicken and roasted goose to give an extra layer of texture and taste, toppings of crab meat and dried scallop make this delicacy refreshing and complete.
