This is a good Ramen noodle restaurant but you have to be aware that other locations are franchises and the food quality may vary upon location.

The atmosphere is very cozy. The decor and music is just right, soft and relaxing. The restaurant has around 20 seats. The servers are enthusiastic, especially a young man who has a big smile and is eager to answer any questions.

The chicken broth ramen $98 is carefully prepared by the female ramen chefs at the open kitchen...quite a big portion with fresh ingredients, the chicken broth is creamy and has a distinct ginger favour with no artificial favoring (because artificial favoring gives me headache) , 2 pieces of slow cook chicken breasts and a thin slice of Japanese pork belly, some ppl said they are quite bland, but it is to be expected becuase they are not cup noodles, you could order the 沾面 version if you prefer stronger favor. The server reminds us to eat the fried burdock 牛蒡 first while they are still crispy..the noodles are cooked to perfection...not too soft nor undercooked.

The presentation is beautiful...a heavy Earthenware bowl is used to keep the noodles hot...you could see from these details that the owner is passionate about Ramen.

The deep fried chicken pieces are quite juicy and cripsy with just a thin layer of coating and a hint of garlic favor.

You also get a free drink if you download their App. In summary, the chicken broth ramen is worth trying but pls don't compare it with shrimp shell based or pork bone based or spicy ramens since each has a unique...

If you are looking for a Tori Paitan 雞白湯 ramen around your neighbourhood that doesn’t require queuing, Kane Tsuru 金鶴 would be your go-to place:

The signature item is “Creamy Supreme Chicken White Soup Ramen” 極濃雞白湯拉麵 - in the menu it’s described as a thick chicken soup base suitable for those who love traditional Japanese flavours.

The soup base covered with a smooth layer a foam on top. Served with two types of chicken charsiu, deep fried burdock and a pinch of spring onion.

We also had the “Kane Tsuru Chicken White Soup Tsukemen” 金鶴雞白湯沾麵 - a dipping noodle version of its signature chicken soup, the noodles was chilled after cooking to preserve the bouncy texture. Also, the thickness allows an ample amount of soup to be carried when you slurp the noodles.

It was a pity that we were unable to try the seasonal Crab ramen, but all in all, I guess it would be a nice alternative to the...

Broth was thick and creamy. Ordered the crab one but the crab flavour is on the subtle side. I enjoyed the food and everything.

BUT The cashier/waitress was loud. Replying to her voice messages quite loudly. I expected ramen place usually has those signature ice jar for water. They don’t so I asked for one and the waitress was really baffled by my request for no reason (發緊夢). Not sure if I am expecting too much or what but it’s really lacking that ramen Japanese craftmans spirit 匠人精神 vibe. Felt more like a lunch time canteen. The food was good dun get me wrong just the service...

I walked into @kanetsururamen which has a fairly high google rating with quite a few positive comments in Openrice. I picked the signature creamy supreme chicken white soup ramen. The broth was thick, creamy and strong in chicken flavor, almost like the dipping soup for tsukemen. The ramen was served with deep fried burdock, slow-cooked chicken, cha-shao and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg. I ordered the smaller size so the portion was just right for me. I wish they could allow customers to choose the hardness of the ramen as I usually prefer more chewy noodles.
