East Coast Park Precinct East Coast Precinct Park This park was opened in 2021. In line with current HK development concept, extra space is specifically created to utilize the coastal area and give breathing space for HK people and give a friendly environmental feeling. Naturally, the creation of such are also fulfilling both recreation and practical functions needs of the nearby facilities. This park is readily accessible from Watson Road. Not far away from Kings Road. The area is about 50m x 500 M . The main feature is an extension from the western corner of a wave breaker of 100 m jugging into the harbour, at the end of it at the surface, on top, an Eastern Egg shaped ventilation shaft of MTR . The breaker is for the function of protecting the Causeway Bay ship shelter. The rest of the park comprises an artificial lawn, dog running areas, corridors for skate boards and many sitting area and See through wooden structure for resting . On top of all these , it provides a great Panoramic view of both HK island, Victoria Harbour and the Mountains over the other side of the Kowloon Peninsula. A really mind calmer once you are in there. Written on 24June-2022

This a newly created park of a unique feature. It is not easy to access by public transport. The nearest point to there is the King’s Road at the junction of Wing Hing St. From this junction one can walk 550m along Wing Hing St, and at the junction turn right into Electric Road, and then the Watson road. It is worth the walk because the park is decorated with lots of raised rectangular wooden frames and shelter where people can view the opposite harbour Tsim Sha Tsui area like a framed picture. There is also a dog’s park. The ground is paved with tracks suitable for children’s balanced wheels bicycle ride. The open view along the fenced coastline affords a great view of Tsim Sha Tsui area, Kowloon Easter region of Kwun Tong, old Runway and the Golden Bauhinia near the CIEC,Wanchai. It was re-visited on 11-2-2022 Typhoon Nalgae. Written...

East Coast Park Precinct at Victoria Harbour is a modern waterfront space offering scenic views of the harbor and the Hong Kong skyline. It features a wide, open promenade with plenty of seating areas, making it a popular spot for relaxing, jogging, or taking leisurely walks. The area is clean and well-maintained, with a contemporary design that blends urban and natural elements.

One of the highlights is the unobstructed view of Victoria Harbour, especially during sunset, which draws both locals and visitors. The park also includes a cycling track, making it a good spot for outdoor activities. However, it can get quite busy during peak hours, especially on weekends, which might limit the tranquil experience for some.

While there aren’t many shaded areas or on-site amenities like cafes or restrooms, its central location makes it easy to access nearby facilities. Overall, East Coast Park Precinct is a functional and visually appealing addition to the Victoria Harbour area, offering a pleasant space for outdoor recreation...
