We spent 9 wonderful days at a hotel in Hong Kong and would like to share our experience! First of all, we were impressed by the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. We particularly want to commend the manager who, on New Year's Eve, managed to fix a broken door lock himself, following an engineer's instructions over the phone. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to shops, restaurants, the metro, buses, and trams. In our room, there was always hot water, and we were provided with all necessary toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toothbrushes, razors, ear swabs, and cotton pads. Room cleaning was done on request, and trash was taken out daily. The room had a small fridge, an electric kettle, and cups, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer. Even though there was a waste collection station near the hotel, it caused no inconvenience due to the absence of any bad smells. We fell so in love with this hotel that we look forward to staying here again during our next visit to Hong Kong!

Staff: dishonest and bad attitude. - Manager tried to get me a room with two single beds put together while my booking was for one queen bed. I refused to accept that and eventually was given the room I booked. The manager said he gave me an upgrade. Got it, getting the room I paid for is an “upgrade”. - Some housekeeping staff had a bad attitude while some were ok. Room: DISGUSTING Stayed 5 nights and let’s say I had 10 bath towels. Only about 2/3 of them were free of torn fabric or stains. Constantly had to request new towels. I’ve traveled extensively and have stayed in much more humble properties. But even at these lower end hotels I didn’t encounter this kind of problem. Pillow case also stained. Overall it’s a great location and ok room. But man this is gotta be the top 3 worst managed hotels I’ve stayed at in my life.

The location is in short walking distance to Tin Hau MTR, bus/tram stops, Victoria Park and The Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter where we can enjoy some parts of the Victoria Harbour view. We enjoyed the city lunar new year fireworks show from the shelter. Plenty of eating places around, fruit stalls, coffee shops, and Wellcome supermarket is just a 1 min walk away. The room is quite spacious for HKG standard. Worth to mention, the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

It is our first time staying at this hotel and we had the most enjoyable 4 nights stay here. The room may be small but we are still able to open 1 luggage and move around freely. As mentioned by others, the hotel does not provide toiletries, we were prepared so we brought our own. The only downside side is that the pillows were abit too flat. Would prefer a more puffy pillow. The location is also great with many eateries around. There's also a wet market just behind the hotel. It is also convenient with bus stops just right in front that goes to many places like the Victoria peak and causeway bay. The tram is also just 300m away that goes to the east side. The nearest MTR Tin Hau station is about 10mins walk. Do note that the station does not have any lift and escalator that goes down, so you'll have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs.Overall we had a great stay and we will choose this hotel again if we want to visit and stay in Hong...

My recent stay was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel itself was clean, well-located, and comfortable, but what made the stay especially memorable was the outstanding service provided by one of the receptionists, Ray.Ray was incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. He impressed me with his deep local knowledge — he could recall public transport (i.e. bus & train) fares and directions without even needing to refer to a website or MTR map! This saved me a lot of time and made getting around the city so much easier. He also went out of his way to assist with small but important things, like helping to change small coins when I needed them. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference.A big thank you to Ray and teams for their exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return...
