Do yourself a favour and read the reviews before you even think about stepping foot in this horrendous place

Absolutely no one to take your order upon sitting down for 5 mins. I went to the kitchen to check if someone was in there, yes, making food obviously so I went back to the table and wait. We looked around again hoping to find someone for our order, lady next to our table suddenly said "do you wish to order? Just tell me" We're like oh you work here? She then laughed out loud and said oh yes ha ha ha just tell me what you want. To be very honestly that's not funny to the slightest as we had been waiting around for ages and she was just blatantly chatting away with her mate right next to our table

I wanted to add milk to the dessert I had in mind which has ginger in it and the older lady raised her eyebrows as if she has heard the most absurd idea in her life "are you sure you want milk with ginger" I'm like yea why? She's like errr okay... whatever you like" I then said nevermind I'll just stick to the original recipe then since on a second thought I don't think this amateur standing in front of me knows anything about gourmet or dessert so I rather not risk it

All in all, if you want to taste some alright dessert (7 out of 10 so it's not bad) alongside some yelling and terrible service, give it a go. Just go...

If you're planning to come here, I SINCERELY ask that you RECONSIDER. First and foremost, the dessert ISN'T WORTH YOUR MONEY. I had the walnut paste, and while it may look nice, it has no flavor at all, and like other reviews, it tastes more like walnut water. Second, the service is extremely bad and inefficient. The staff are rude and take forever to respond. First, we waited 5-10 mins to get our order down. Second, we stood there waiting for them to come over so we could pay (another 5 mins of my life gone). And I must add that it wasn't even particularly busy (I'd completely understand if they were swamped with work, but that just wasn't the case). Just an extra note, my friend got served a dessert with a dead bug on top and they didn't even notice it until we told them, like how. Anyways trust me, just don't waste your time...

Yin Kee mainly serves steamed milk pudding with different toppings. Ordered hot pudding but it isn’t hot enough. The pudding is rich with milk flavour but texture is so-so. Peach gum and gum karaya are jelly-like and chewy. As they are sugar-free, you can top them off with syrup or coconut milk. Although the tapioca balls aren’t up to standard, taro balls are well made.
