🥢 I recently had the opportunity to try an all-you-can-eat buffet at the New Fat Spring Seafood Dai Pai Dong in Jordan, and it was my first time experiencing Cantonese cuisine in this format. It turned out to be a truly memorable dining experience, filled with a wide array of delicious dishes.

1️⃣ Salt and Pepper Duck Tongue 椒鹽鴨舌🦆: Crispy and flavorful duck tongues seasoned with a tantalizing blend of spices.

2️⃣ Golden String Beans 黃金四季豆🫛: Golden stir-fried string beans that are perfectly crisp and packed with flavor.

3️⃣ Stir-Fried Chives with Silky Eggs 韭黃炒滑蛋🍳: A heavenly combination of tender chives and silky scrambled eggs, cooked to perfection.

4️⃣ Cheesy Baked Broccoli 芝士焗西蘭花🥦: Baked broccoli florets smothered in a luscious cheese sauce that will melt in your mouth.

5️⃣ Pan-Seared Snowflake Wagyu Beef Cubes with Sea Salt (Large) 海鹽香煎雪花和牛粒（大）🥩: Indulge in the succulent and tender bites of seared wagyu beef, seasoned with a sprinkle of sea salt. Pure bliss!

6️⃣ Hand-Beaten Pork Blade Bone 手拍西施骨 🍖: Get your hands on these finger-licking good Shishi bone-in pork chops. They're juicy, flavorful, and downright addictive!

Hong Kong Day 14 - in Jordan district today. Small dinner. Wanted a little seafood so we Googled and found this place to try. Located on the second floor of a Municipal Service Building. Ground and first floor have vendors that sell live seafood and the second floor has this reatuarant that is has seating for half this floor. We ordered fried clams in black bean sauce, spicy salt deep fried soft shell crab and a dish of fried bak choi with rhino mushrooms. QR code for cell phone ordering and the kitchen was pretty fastand.got our order In less than 10mins. The clams are very fresh and the sauce was not too salty so we didn't need any rice for it. The soft shell crabs were great and we ate everything up much easier than eating hard shell ones. The veggies was an added filler to the meal which made it more perfect. You can order other traditional Cantonese dishes, fried noodles, claypot dishes and much more. We got here around 8pm.and it was about 75% full and it opens late (around 12:30 - 1am) but I would recommend going early, area is not the greatest to walk around...
