Sangria Steak House — Restaurant in Kowloon

One of those old fashioned diners that serves great steaks. I had the beef Wellington and it was superb! Its not the traditional wellington where it has duxelles, they replaced it with ham but nonetheless delish! Lunch Set was super cheap. You must upgrade the soup to puff pastry (+16) but totally worth it (i mean if you’re paying for a wellington, might as well right :)) Price was 198, upgraded soup and it was 216. Money well spent!

Service was ok but they took my soup before I finished it :( I intentionally left some soup so that I can finish it later after eating the wellington but they took it away, maybe they thought i was finished with it (?) but please ask first, im still sad they...

Love this old style steak house, very warm like i was back to my kid time. I had the premium steak and before it came, i was served with buttered bread. Very soft bread and it’s still warm. Then the soup, i had the Hong King styled minestrone soup and its rich enough. The steak came and i properly not order with any sauce cause i treasure the real beef taste. It’s very good indeed. The only thing i would comment is it’s a bit overbooked while i ordered medium rare. It came with a big portion of vege! A very satisfied steak i had here. I came at an early time so was lucky to have seat straight away. Once it’s 7-ish there are lots of people outside waiting. Great place, happy...

Paid $650 for 2 adult for a dinner with beef wellington and a lamb rack wellington, only cash is accepted (card machine not working or something),

Food wise, the meat is totally overseasoned both beef and lamb, cant taste anything except pepper. Literally “uneatable” like burning yr mouth

The service standard here is no standard as i really dont feel like anyone is serving any table any service with this kind of price tag. Here is slightly better than 大家樂 or 大快活 to be fair, and with half the price i can have a good meal with better meat at 第尾 or...
