Ordered a list of items to be delivered to our home but they missed out our steamed momo which we paid for. Next time when we ordered again, we asked them to deliver to Tokwawan MTR station and they refused to unless i get out of the MTR. IF I COULD GET OUT, WHY WOULD I WANT IT TO BE DELIVERED AND NOT ME WALKING TO THAT SHOP? EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BETTER GO ELSEWHERE THAT YOU ARE TREATED FAIRLY. ITS THEIR FAULT OF MISSING MY STEAMED MOMO WHICH I PAID FOR AND THEY EVEN REFUSED TO DELIVER TO THE NEAREST MTR OF THIER RESTAURANT! Similarly, we ordered delivery from Crispi Buns in TST and they missed 1 item and they were nice enough to deliver the missing item for free to my district in New Territories. You deserved better than this Sher-I-Puniab...
