Kai Tak stadium is relatively large in size. Modern and new on the inside and outside. Plenty of toilets and traffic control staff on site. It wasn't a crowded event so people cleared quickly after the game and many went to the shopping malls nearby for dinner. I found the ticketing system slightly backwards. If you have a QR coded ticket you must queue in line to use the machine to print a paper copy from the QR code. Other more sophiscsted venues worldwide will normally scan the QR code at point of entry and accept that as a ticket. The existing method creates more delays and crowds and is inefficient.
