Couch Club @Lounge Hakuba — Restaurant in Hong Kong

It’s Japanese-western fusion cuisine. You pick one of their mains, udon or rice 🍚 🍜 and you got four side dishes, which include different meat and vegetables. The udons are worthy of tasting for their broth / soup are well made. It’s my favourite that they add shiso soya-bean sauce , the flavour and taste are unique and appealing.

As for the meats, of course adding $18 for grilled beef blades is gonna be tasty (otherwise they can’t charge you for extra) but I find nuggets 🍗 is surprising too ‘coz its crust is golden-brown and thin, giving it a good mouthfeel. The miso-marinated halibut is also a good choice (+$8), well grilled and tender.

Needing a place to recharge & we were nearby, so we stopped into Couch Cub to eat, drink & chill 👌🏻🤗 . The menu was quite big and after looking through it all, Wifey settled on the Kani Miso Crab Fat /w Toast & I got their Signature Tiramisu Ball. Drink-wise we got an Oat Milk Flat White & a Lemon Espresso Tonic 🤤 . The crab with the toast is a must order! Really good flavour - great crabby miso served with a nice fluffy toast!
