STAFFS ARE HAVING ATTITUDE PROBLEM!

A very nice Thai restaurant located at the rooftop of a building in Causeway Bay. They have very spacious seat for big group gatherings. Also there are indoor and outdoor seating, for smokers can pick the outdoor seating.

The food is yummy with reasonable prices. We ordered a pad thai, a shrimp paste fried rice, a green curry with beef and mince pork with lettuce. The minced pork is quite spicy for all of us, we don’t know whether we can pick the spiciness of the dishes. But we ended up finished all the food.

After the meal, we found the indoor seat are quite cold because of the air conditioner. But we still got a birthday cake we wanted to celebrate in the restaurant. We asked if we can have a seat outside. The staff refused and said she would turn off the air-conditioning. However after she turned off for a second, she said there will be a dripping water problem, and asked us to take the seat next to the entrance. We asked again whether we can sit outside, she said almost it’s time to close outside. Actually there were so many customers out there smoking and drinking.

Finally we said we wanna take pictures and celebrate outside. We would like to pay the birthday cake fee. She let us take a seat outside. Seems like all the staffs were having a bad day, different staffs but same attitude, sometimes they talked in Thai that we cannot understand.

One recommendation for the restaurant, play some music to create a better atmosphere. The restaurant was well decorated with Christmas accessories already, I think music is...

If you're looking for authentic and delicious Thai cuisine, look no further than Thai Simple Kitchen. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and was blown away by the quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff.

One minor inconvenience was that the lift was out of order due to renovations, but the stairs were clean and not too difficult to navigate. This did not detract from the overall experience in any way.

Rude staffs, poor service, plus cold and tasteless food. No wonder why this Thai place got so empty in Causeway Bay.

Those people who worked in Thai Simple were very impatient - rushing out food that were cold and poorly tasted. Everything were like ready-made, but not even properly microwaved.

A dinner of this low quality for HKD300 per head was extremely overpriced.
