By a country mile, the best dining experience I've ever had - no hyperbole. Visited Wednesday got a very nice hotdog, bacon cheeseburger and fries. The food came freshly made and was delicious. Fries? Only about 4x more than I've ever gotten anywhere else. Peanuts? Free... Burger? Extra delicious and juicy. But the best part.. The Service was top notch standard, the high quality I would expect from anywhere. So good that I spoke to the manager and complimented them on a great experience. Next day - I went back with my daughter after school. This time, the staff recognized me and were so happy to see us back. We ordered another fantastic meal but this time we're very graciously treated to a free milkshake for my daughter and extra special fries by the manager. All that on top of already outstanding customer service. Staff member Daisy made us feel like VIP by providing excellent table service and assisting with my daughter and the high chair. We ended up personally meeting each staff member, shared stories, took photos together. I have spent close to 20 years working in sales, management and customer service focused positions. I've lived in 4 countries across the world. This experience at Five Guys was not just the best dining experience I've ever had anywhere.. it was easily in the top 3 CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES I've ever had.. and that is the secret to a great business. Well done Mandeep, Anna, and your team. Fantastic service, great food. Don't let the standard drop -keep aiming higher!
Summary : Much more (very yummy) fries than I've ever gotten from anywhere.
Burger/Hot Dog were very tasty, very filling.
Milkshakes were amazing! Peanut butter salted caramel OMG!
Peanuts were free and both super tasty and super 😎.
Service.. The Best.
I am genuinely astounded by the value for money. From my perspective it's amazingly affordable. I found it to be not only cheaper than most other options but also offering a much higher...
Read moreI find the price of a cheeseburger (85 HKD, without fries) hard to justify. Even knowing that Five Guys have supposedly higher quality of ingredients, seems like McDonald's is much better value for money. And the eating experience is not a pleasant one: the burger is too big and too juicy, leaking and falling apart, while there was no tray (like in McDonald's) to at least catch all the crumbs and juices. And they don't even...
Read moreFood is great, a bit pricey but worth it. The problem I have with this place is the music is way too loud. I've been to other Five Guys in the state and HK and this is the only place I had problem with music volume. This place's music is always way too loud, I can't even heard my friends sitting next to me. I actually missed my order because I couldn't hear them yell them out. It's kinda...
