Ordered their signature chicken and egg donburi. Came with a large bowl but the portion was not as big because the container was pretty shallow. The chicken meat was very chewy and very little in terms of quantity. The rice tasted fine after mixing up with the raw egg and the decently flavoured cooked eggs. It cost $88 and an additional 10% surcharge, which one could find somewhere better than this in the mall. It might have been better if I had ordered the one with sukiyaki beef added (but of course more expensive).
Atmosphere was nice with Japanese music playing in the background. Seats were comfortable.
In terms of service, there was little service as ordering and water refill were self service. It doesn't accept cash so pay attention before you visit but the staff would always remind customers as I heard this multiple times...
