Tim Ho Wan (Sha Tin) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I recently visited the Tim Ho Wan dim sum restaurant in Sha Tin, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The ambiance of this location is quite nice, with spacious seating arrangements that provide a comfortable dining environment. The staff were proactive and friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.

I ordered several dishes, including the char siu bao (barbecue pork buns), lo mai gai (sticky rice with chicken), abalone sauce chicken feet, and siu mai (pork dumplings). All the dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, contributing to a satisfying meal.

Really poor quality compared to other branches. Went here as been to others and looking forward to it but was disaster

Food was standard at best, quality and taste nowhere near as good as before. Bbq buns was only saving grace

Man next to us having a go at his poor mum and other table had old woman moaning about anything and everything. Appreciate this was out of control of restaurant but on top of the food this all added up.

We've been waiting for over 20 minutes for just 1 number (table for 3-4 persons) at lunch time. It's really not a good first time experience here, especially when almost all number callings are for 1-2 persons tables. Even table for 6 have been called for 2 numbers ahead of us. Wish the management could improve this area in the near future. BTW, I personally like the Sweet Treasure...
