N+ BURGER (Happy Valley) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I usually visit the N+ Burger place in Wong Chuk Hang and we enjoy their burgers a lot. This recent addition is quite tiny in size, which doesn't matter as ling as they produce delicious burgers. There is a downside with the store being this small, the ventilation isn't great. It reeks of grill smoke, so your clothes, hair and even skin will smell afterwards.

The staff needs some warming up, as they don't greet when you enter the shop. The self ordering system is sometimes not functioning well.. which makes you end up repeating the entire order to the staff.

This particular time we ordered take out and the sweet potato fries were stale and rock hard. Must have been leftover sweet potato fries from a previous order which were refried. We live just at 2 mins walking distance, so pretty sure not caused because we took it home for consumption. I sincerely hope they take each customer serious and will not serve leftover fries to...

The place is clean and tidy, service was very nice, and the burgers are solid.

We ordered the HOTTIE Chicken burger, Premium Truffle Brisket, and a Caramelized Onion burger. All were delicious. Fries were crispy and made to order (not a bit soggy). The meat patties were tender and good but could've been more beefy in flavor. The sauces were all delicious as well. Again, everything is made to order and carefully assembled.

The thing that kicked this review rating from a 4 to a 5 star was the attitude of their staff. Am we're very pleasant and courteous. At one point, an older lady stopped in to try, but didn't know how to use the touch screen ordering kiosk. The staff patiently and kindly helped her with her order and never looked frustrated or bothered. ...

I like the burgers even if they are a bit overpriced. The french fries are ok but same, there are about 20 fries for a too expensive price. I m leaving only 2 stars for the service because someone else picked up our order by mistake. When we came to pick up and our order was not there, the staff did it again but with a unpleasant behaviour like it was our fault our order was wrongly picked up (or given by the staff, who knows) by the wrong person. So on top of having to wait even longer we had the not so good service. And finally, they put the food to pick up in a very big and thick bag which is clearly not environmentally friendly. A...
