Pepperoni's Sai Kung — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Absolutely terrible! Horrendous Service and poor food quality! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We arrived at 8:00pm on a Wednesday, and noticed the restaurant is doing have a buy one get one free offer for steak, so we decided to give it a go. After we ordered the steak and other things like salad/ pasta, the food arrived at a normal speed (though taste not that great), then we waited for another 30 mins, nothing happened (no steak), so we checked with the waiter if the order is processing, they said yes without checking in with kitchen or the till. We waited for another 10-15 mins, they just ignored us and said the beef is cooking, they said beef is thick and will take longer time to cook (and this happened AGTER people at next table who came 30 mins after us have also gotten their steak)!! I then challenged how can this be, no beef can be SO thick that it takes so long to cook, the waiter then threw a tantrum and threw down a line “oh I go shout the the chef then”, simply to get away from us! Finally after another 20 mins of waiting, what we ordered arrived but was all wrong, absolutely tasteless and even covered in charcoal, and the waitresses & waiters continued to ignore us all the way and leave no explanation and apology, will never go again, don’t waste your money at all!

P.S. they can’t even distinguish between mushroom sauce & pepper sauce! When my wife asked, they insist to her that pepper is mushroom! How crazy is that??

I guess customers is always wrong at this this place.

I am an old customer but I am really disappointed with the recent visit. I requested to sit inside but no indoor seats are available so they arranged me to sit outside which is freezing. The staff said they would let me sit inside later when the tables are available but they clearly didn’t bother to do so!! No water is served when I’m seated. The food was okay but the service is definitely a no-no. They said there’s a buy 1 get one free promotion before nine, but then I was surprised when I received the bill that they didn’t give me the discount. When I asked the manager why he said because the promotion is only applicable for orders before 9. The fact is that no staff appeared at the outside area when I wanted to order at 8:50, and they apparently didn’t bother to ask if I was ready to order before 9 so that I could enjoy the promotion discount .

I will never visit this...

Forget pizza hut!! Get yourself in here!! Wow, the pizza is literally out of this world!! Freshly baked base that was light and crispy then very, very generously topped and perfectly and evenly baked , every slice was as good as the last!! We ordered the "New Orleans" pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. Other options are available, too, obviously. To accompany the pizza, we also had the "five spice whole roast chicken" perfectly end evenly roasted, the chicken simply melted from the bone, it was so tender and full of flavour, accompanied by a very generous helping of "crispy" yes!! Crispy fries!! (Don't get that often!!!) With fresh salad and an exceptionally good tomato ketchup and Mary rose sauce (cocktale sauce) it simply was an outstanding meal We will definitely be returning, very...
