我真系冇谂过会遇到咁离谱嘅服务！今日下昼六点几钟，我去咗呢間食晏。坐低嗌完嘢之后等咗成半个钟都未上菜，我就问个侍应：“唔该，请问仲要等几耐呀？”点知个男侍应黑口黑面答：“催乜嘢啫？你唔等得就出街企啦，咪喺度阻住晒！”我当场呆咗，问多句：“吓？你讲咩话？”佢居然仲要加多句：“你越催我就越唔畀你，冇礼貌！”我嬲到笑咗出嚟，结果佢仲要寸嘴：“笑？你面皮厚到仲好意思笑？”

大佬啊！我哋由头到尾都冇大声讲过嘢，问多句就俾人当街骂。成间餐厅得一兩枱客，根本唔算忙。最离谱系经理全程冇出现过，其他职员当睇唔到。食物质素普通都算，但服务差到咁真系第一次见！建议各位想食气嘅话可以嚟挑战下，正常人就千祈咪帮衬！

I am utterly appalled by the horrific service experienced at today. What should have been a pleasant dinner turned into an absolute nightmare due to the shockingly rude behavior of a male staff member.

I politely asked the waiter about the estimated serving time. Instead of a professional response, he snapped: "If you can't wait, go stand outside! Stop occupying our seats!" Stunned, I asked for clarification, to which he sneered: "The more you rush me, the longer I'll make you wait. How impolite!" When I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity, he aggressively added: "You still dare to laugh? Shameless!"

This interaction occurred in a nearly empty restaurant with only 1-2 occupied tables, making his claim of being "too busy" completely unfounded. Throughout this ordeal, no manager intervened despite the waiter's raised voice, and other staff pretended not to notice.

While the food quality was average at best, no culinary standard could justify such toxic service culture. The staff's complete lack of basic customer service training and the management's apparent indifference create an environment where customers are verbally abused for reasonable inquiries.

I strongly warn potential customers: This establishment treats patrons with contempt rather than hospitality. Save your money and dignity - dozens of better options exist in the area where staff understand that restaurants survive through customer satisfaction, not...

Looks like a small family restaurant and it serves basic Thai dishes.
