The Alchemist Cafe — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I recently dined at a restaurant that had previously impressed me when it was located in Kwai Fong. Now, they have opened a branch near my home in the Telford Plaza, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant's interior design is beautifully done, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. They have also implemented a convenient QR code ordering system, which eliminates the need to wait for a waiter to take your order.

During this visit, I ordered the pork chop white curry rice and the eel and scrambled egg burger with fries. I also ordered a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. The pork chop white curry rice was delicious, reminding me of the days when I used to eat this dish regularly at a certain restaurant years ago. However, the price at this restaurant is much higher now.

The eel and scrambled egg burger didn't stand out as particularly exceptional, but the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, smooth and creamy. The fries served with the burger were decent and made for a satisfying side dish.

We came here for lunch on a weekday and this restaurant was packed! It was lucky that we got a ticket on the online queuing system at around 12pm and we got the table before 1pm. The queue outside the restaurant didn't disappear until around 1:30pm. They have lunch sets starting at around 100 dollars, with mains like pasta, burger, and salad.
