Soft Shell Crab & Truffle Fries!

Steph and I stumbled across B.O.T.H. by Texas Burger one weekday and were surprised to see a huge line even in the middle of the afternoon. We were curious and hungry so we hopped in line to see what the fuss was about.

Items Ordered: 🥚 Salted Egg Yolk Pasta with Fried Soft Shell Crab We were most excited about this one, it looked so yummy in the picture. The fried soft shell crab was crispy and well done, but the salted egg yolk sauce was unfortunately a bit too rich and heavy for us. The flavor was intense and kinda overwhelmed the whole dish.

🍗 Cajun Wings These were fried to perfection and came out piping hot. Pretty good if you're into bold flavors.

🍟 Black Truffle Fries Our favorite of the day! The fries were crispy, golden, and generously topped with truffle oil and parmesan. Honestly, I'm surprised with how much truffle they added, and we would come back just for these.

Been here a few times since it opened and overall it’s a reasonable alternative for western dishes (Simplylife round the corner is a strong competitor).

I enjoyed the savoury dishes that I tried so far. However, I was disappointed with the granola yoghurt bowl on the brunch menu. The granola mix used was sugar-coated and the yoghurt was already sweetened, making the bowl far too sweet for my taste. It seems to defeat the purpose of offering a healthy option on the menu.

I would recommend the restaurant to consider using plain Greek yoghurt instead, which would balance out the sweetness and make the dish a more wholesome option. I hope they take this feedback into consideration as I would love to come back and try some of their...

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a wonderful meal.

The service was exceptional, with our server, Ching, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was attentive, friendly, and truly made our dining experience memorable.

The food was delivered promptly, and I was delighted by how delicious everything was. Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the kitchen takes great pride in their work.

Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return and try more of their fantastic offerings....
