Pizzas are nice and crusty with amazing ingredient combinations and can even be modified to one's delicate taste.

Unfortunately staff is not so nice. They can take up to 45 minutes to prepare food, despite ordering it through the phone call another half an hour ago. Significant disadvantage is if you ask to get rid of some ingredients,, staff agrees. However if upon getting the order it will be incorrect they will pretend that you ordered it in that way and will even rudely argue with the client. Very unprofessional.

My most recent visit was on March 20, 2019 for buffet dinner. For a good 20-mins or so, the Chicken Tikka tray was left empty. When the food was eventually replenished, it was served cold. It’s like the food has been cooked the day before, taken out of a fridge, left to thaw in room temperature and served to Guests. I took half a piece and decided it was too risky to continue eating.

The papadums were very, very soft indicating they have been cooked but left out in the air for considerable period of time (a few days, in my view).
