I recently ordered delivery from this Indian restaurant, and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't soon forget—though I wish I could. I was craving for some comforting Indian food, but what I received was anything but comforting. Sadly, it was a collection of lackluster dishes that seemed to have been prepared without any care or attention.
The first sign that something was amiss was the butter naan. It seemed as if it had been sitting around for hours, possibly even cancelled by someone else before it made its way to me. It was dry, stale, and utterly unappetizing. The butter naan, which should have been warm and fluffy, was a thin, lifeless flatbread that made me question if it had been reheated from a previous order. It crumbled rather than tore, leaving a mess instead of a satisfying bite. Pairing it with the curry was an act of desperation rather than pleasure.
Now, onto the palak paneer curry. I had high hopes, but what I received was a brownish sludge that bore no resemblance to the vibrant green I expected. This “palak paneer curry”, if you could even call it that, tasted like it had been plucked from the depths of a fridge that hadn’t seen fresh ingredients in ages. To add insult to injury, these paneer chunks were not just tasteless; they had the texture of rubber—chewy and uninviting. It was flavorless and rubbery, a sad excuse for what should have been a delightful dish. The spices, which should have brought the dish to life, were either missing or overpowered by an unidentifiable taste that left me bewildered. I couldn’t even swallow one bite; it was that unappetizing.
To make matters worse, the entire meal arrived lukewarm, which only added to the disappointment. It felt like the food had been sitting around for hours before being tossed into a delivery bag. I was hoping for a satisfying dinner, but instead, I was left with a stomach that churned in protest.
Overall, this meal was not just disappointing; it was genuinely revolting. The food was stale, bland, and poorly prepared. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a decent Indian meal. I would not even give it a half star if possible. Save your money and your appetite—there are far better options out there! Steer clear of this disaster of a restaurant!

While I understand that delivery can sometimes affect the temperature of food, I believe that the quality of the dishes should remain consistent regardless of the delivery process. Read moreI've been to 2 other branches of Ebenezer, but this was a disappointing experience.
First off, we ordered an appetizer that arrived as the last dish when we could have finished all our main dishes, and no effort or nice gesture was made to fix that mistake.
Secondly, although this branch has slightly higher prices compared to others, I wasn't expecting to pay more than $22 for a small glass of cola. In other branches, they have a soda can for $18. The manager/employee said they don't serve whole cans due to some "policy".
Another thing to mention was that I noticed that they served cups of water to a nearby table. Don't know if that was special treatment because I haven't seen other customers being served cups of water here or in other branches. I did order a bottle of water here and was not offered any free water. I also had to remind them to serve their sauces.
Nothing bad to say about their food, but can't say I will be...
