Paradise Dynasty is a Guangdong restaurant located in Tung Chung, Hong Kong. The restaurant is known for its Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), which are available in a variety of colors and flavors. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paradise Dynasty with my husband and friend, and we were all very impressed with the food and service.

Our supervisor, David, was particularly attentive and helpful. He made sure that we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was enjoyable. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to recommend dishes that we would like.

We started our meal with the Original Xiao Long Bao, which were absolutely delicious. The dumplings were perfectly cooked and the broth was flavorful and savory. We also tried the Black Sesame Xiao Long Bao, which were a unique and delicious twist on the classic dish.

For our main course, we ordered the Stir-fried Beef with Black Pepper Sauce and the Fried Rice with Shrimp and Eggs. Both dishes were excellent and the portions were generous. We were particularly impressed with the beef, which was tender and flavorful.

Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience at Paradise Dynasty. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Guangdong dining experience.

Specifically about David's service:

David was a fantastic supervisor. He was very attentive and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was enjoyable. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to recommend dishes that we would like. We were particularly impressed with his ability to remember our individual preferences and tailor his recommendations accordingly.

For example, I mentioned that I was not a fan of spicy food, so David recommended the Original Xiao Long Bao and the Stir-fried Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, which were both mild dishes. He also made sure to ask us about any dietary restrictions or allergies we had.

Overall, David's service was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend Paradise Dynasty to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Guangdong dining experience, and I...

We went to this restaurant with high expectations brought about by its exceptionally high rating on Google Maps. Well, we left kinda disappointed. Don’t get me wrong; their food was good, but it paled in comparison to the other restaurants we visited in our weeklong stay in HK. Although they were definitely the cheapest meal we had, so I guess they offer you the most bang for your buck, tsk. We preferred to dine outdoors but the server brusquely told us their alfresco area was closed for lunch and wouldn’t budge even when we repeated the question. Would have been nice if they’d allowed us to eat outdoors as we’d wished. Should include this info in their website/Google Maps listing; we ate at their resto not only because of their high rating but because it was the only Chinese restaurant in the outlet mall advertised to have an outdoor seating option…Appreciated the presence of air purifiers in their restaurants though given the age makeup of our group (three seniors and a toddler), but I feel like there weren’t enough because the PM2.5 levels inside were comparable to outside. Or maybe their filters need to...

Paradise Dynasty delivers a memorable dining experience with its innovative Shanghainese cuisine, particularly famed for the colorful eight-flavor Xiao Long Bao that showcase a unique variety of tastes like black truffle, foie gras, and crab roe. The food overall is flavorful and fresh, with standout dishes such as crispy roasted pork and sweet and sour pork complementing the dumplings well, though some items like noodles and spare ribs can be less impressive. The ambiance strikes a balance between upscale and cozy, featuring mahogany furnishings and soft lighting that create a relaxed environment despite the lively atmosphere typical of popular Chinese eateries. Service is consistently attentive and friendly, with knowledgeable staff who offer helpful recommendations and accommodate diners’ needs, enhancing the overall enjoyment. All in all, Paradise Dynasty is a great choice for those looking to explore traditional Shanghainese flavors presented with a modern and...

Food sucks. Service sucks. Price sucks. Didn’t eat the smoked ducks with borderline 10% cooked. I didn’t even want to see it. It’s bloody without the dripping blood. Maybe some people will like it. I didn’t. Scallion oil noodles taste awful. I like din tai Fung so this one is the opposite of my liking. Some might like it. I really don’t. 0/10. Ordered the potstickers after, the dough was sticky. It’s h o r r d e n d o u s for the price of borderline $300! Throw up Ordered this noodle tonight… å¤Ŗ難吃äŗ† TT —- Previously…. I LOVE Dumplings! I love this place although knowing that it’s a chain store because I’ve tried another outlet location in the Southeast Asia area. THIS ONE IS DELICIOUS! knowing there are a hand full of Chinese food options at this mall, I’ll definitely go w this one other than the congee store — food is good here. Muchhhhh better here. Staffs are friendly and polite.

Paradise Dynasty is a great spot for delicious small steamed buns and other appetizing dishes. The Eight-Flavor Xiao Long Bao is a must-try, featuring original, squash, foie gras, black truffle, cheese, crab meat, garlic, and Sichuan flavors. The buns are thin and elastic with rich broth, and the black truffle and crab meat variations are particularly tasty. It's recommended to taste them in order from mild to strong flavors. The Crab Meat Potstickers are also a standout dish, juicy and flavorful with a mix of crab oil and pork, enhanced by black vinegar and ginger garnish. The Crab Meat Pancake is crispy on the outside with a tender filling featuring crab meat and pork. I will say it is a must-visit for their delicious small steamed buns and other appetizing dishes. The restaurant offers a great dining experience with excellent service and quality food.
