The decor of the Jordan shop is bland and white, inducing a cold and unwelcoming feeling. Somewhat creative pastry chefs who create a selection of unique tea-infused breads and cakes. The taste of the cranberry and walnut bread is average, but the ingredients are not well mixed with all the walnuts and cranberries concentrated in one part of the bread and barely any walnut and cranberry in other parts. The taste of the earl-grey-tea-infused and raisin bread is above average. The price range for breads and small slice of cakes are in the 20's to 30's, about 50% more expensive than the average of all pastry shops including large chains such as Maxim's. Despite some creativity, the price is probably too high for the quality, not competitive with many other pastry shops in the neighborhoods of...

I tried a baguette and a cornet (unfortunately I wasn't buying at their freshly-baked state at ard 5), their baguette really impressed me a lot - super crunched crust and airy loaf, while the cornet may be a tiny little bit moist on the inside. I can't guarantee their breads are made with the finest ingredients as I'm not an expert in this, but the point that they don't put additives in the dough is crystal clear. And they really put their heart into making their vision of achieving mastery happens, telling from their breads' fine texture and layers. It's all about being healthy with most genuine food nowadays, if you're buying some breads, you know where...
