Cobber coffee and Tonys pastry — Restaurant in Kowloon

All food are so delicious, and blindfold order. The sofa is so bad, you’ll just collapse and becoming like a dwarf to eat since the table was not at a proper height for the collapsed sofa. Staffs are young and nice, just not like those in the hotel(if you ever search for improvement). Deep fried octopus tentacles and all the pastas are my favourite. Pancakes are actually not well cooked, it’s fluffy and jiggle but you cut open and see inside it’s not fully cooked(I tried cooking soufflé pancake at home for so many times and I ate in Japan for many times too so I know how the texture supposed to be if it’s well cooked. Toppings are fine. Will visit again becuz of those pastas n octopus tentacle. Pizza was so so too.

Cobber is too good to be true~ black truffle mushroom cream pasta is loaded with assorted mushrooms. It is very creamy and saucy. Salted egg yolk fries are perfectly fried to crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. Each piece is fully coated with salted egg yolk. Pistachio cream soufflé pancake is also phenomenal. The pancake is super moist, airy and soft, though I prefer a bit more dense. The cream also tastes pistachio-y and light. The only sad thing is that this is CNY limited. Took a queue number at 6.20pm and only got in at 8.40pm (Sat). The food was reasonably priced and came really quickly. Fried food came hot so tasted really good - especially love the fried squid as it was tender and chewy.

Mentaiko risotto was okay but gets abit rich after awhile. Will recommend sharing it with others.

We also had the photogenic tiramisu pancake. Pretty good value as the pancake size was substantial for 2 pax (HK$98). You can taste the coffee and the alcohol taste in it too.

We also ordered a berry smoothie which was good and only costs HK$48. Would give the coconut slushie a miss.

Overall, okay value but would not wait more than...
