The set we had this evening had good combo. First came with the Geoduck and Lobster. The Geoduck was fresh, portions of Lobster was not much but treated with some gold foils on made it special, though its texture told that the Lobster was not still alive during Sashimi, but still fresh. The Sea Urchin was excellent, which they said was freshly fm Canada. Beef was very good , taste rich and tender, and the other kinds of sea foods were all right. Oh, almost forgot of the pork ribs, portions were small, but they were excellent too. The set was more than enough for 4 persons, and every one was contented. The Lobster soup base was a wrong choice I thought, as it covered the steam - boiled meat. Next time, should choose the other one. This special sales offer of such nice combo set is justified this dinner. The only set back was we added an extra dish of steaming the Lobster head with egg white , this disk was failed, as I couldn't taste the lobster gravy with the too waterly egg white, only had Chinese Sticky Rice Wine...

Dinning here frequently. Must try the crab (sold out this time too bad) n beef, everything else is above average!
