There is a variety of flavours to selected from and style wise, comes in flaky or biscuit base. I recommend the flaky based traditional egg tart that was light with a nice butter hint. The flaky base is slightly smokey as good egg tarts go. The baked egg custard is light with the right sweetness. Goes perfectly with the base. The chicken pie on the other hand was below par. It has a thick biscuit pastry with gooey chicken which created too much dryness and and too starchy for my taste.
