Loop Kulture — Restaurant in Kowloon

This time 🧒🏽 came to 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐏 𝐊𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 with her friends around 2pm and queued for 20 - 25 mins for the seat. For the main, we ordered 𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗢 & 𝗙𝗜𝗚 𝗧𝗢𝗔𝗦𝗧 and 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗠𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗘𝗚𝗚 𝗧𝗢𝗔𝗦𝗧. Both of the sourdoughs are nice, especially they also served different favours of ice cream with different main, such as the first one came with Fig favour and the latter one came with cheese favour. Both mains are really refreshing and light.

We also ordered a snack of 𝗗𝗜𝗣𝗗𝗜𝗣 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗦𝗬 𝗠𝗜𝗫𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗙𝗙𝗟𝗘 & 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗜 𝗦𝗔𝗨𝗖𝗘𝗦 and a dessert of 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗗 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗗𝗨. The snack is really amazing. The fries is extremely yummy and the chili sauce is really nom with the fries. The pain perdu look reallllly nice!! We loved the caramelized layer so much and the banana too!!

There is a constant queue outside this wooden cafe full of lush greenery, so make sure to go a bit earlier to skip the wait. Or you could kill some time by browsing through all the organic food products on sale (remember to bring your own container)

[Caramelized Banana Pain Perdu] Although we were super hungry, we just couldn’t resist taking countless pics of this aesthetically-pleasing dish against the leafy backdrop. A stunning composition of edible flowers and colorful fruits (i.e. figs, blueberries, red pomegranate seeds), the contrast of the cold earl gray gelato to the hot puffy French toast was just heavenly.

Nice interior design @loop.kulture. One of the handful+ cafes in the #ShamShuiPo neighborhood.

The interior has a mixture of earthy tones, live greenery, and ample seating for couples to a group of 6. Coffee drinkers preferring fruity roasts would like it here.

They also have a good selection of non-caffeinated drinks like pistachio-avocado smoothie. It’s quite thick for me but people who love pistachio would dig it.

They also have assorted coffee mixtures like coconut coffee. Just a heads up, this ain’t like the ones from Vietnam where it’s a bit more creamy. It’s more on the coconut water-side.

Overall, a cool spot to chill when the town is hot and humid. I wanna try their pain perdu...
