Men Wah Bing Teng (Kowloon Bay) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Very terrifield by the service of that cafe in Telford Centre Phase 1 shopping center. That Assistant Manager Ng Choi Wah shouted to me and my brother when we requested to exchange for a freshly baked pineapple bun. We told her the bun is not just freshly baked because we felt that the bun wad not hot like came out from the oven. She raised her voice in front of all customers and said we touched the bun that she could not sell to others. I replied her that we wouldn't notice that the bun was not hot if we did not touch the bun. She still yelled at us repeatedly the same argument. She then flew that bun from our table to a tress area or back room from a distance of 15-20ft. I said to her that she was so rude that she did not deserve to be an assistant manager. She did not apologize. I then said to her that I didn't want to talk with her anymore.

Pretty standard cha chaan teng foods, clean, fast and taste ok except priced at a premium. Had the signature cha siu rice (黯然銷魂飯) set and changed the drink to hot ginger lemon coke which costs 66 HK dollars. The cha siu was fat and tasty but not sufficiently "burnt" and a bit salty. The fried eggs did not seem to be of high quality. The ginger in the boiled lemon coke is supposed to be hand smashed but there was no ginger taste due to small quantity used. Other than that, the cafe seems to exclude foods that required longer time or more complicated process to prepare, e.g. Bakes pork chop rice. I came here at morning, need to queue. As I eat alone, I just waited around 10mins to get my seat. Quick response can get (sit down at 8:26, foods come at 8:36), waitress are nice, place is clean, price is acceptable for $35 breakfast.

I ordered Beef noodles with fried egg and toast, toast is double size as normal and noodles are not as salty as image and not over-cooked. However, the hot lemon tea is really bad, it is a bitter tea and lemon is not fresh. Overall taste is good, but the lemon tea did deduct marks at the end.
