RB tea — Restaurant in Kowloon

Taste - 1/5 the soup came first and came with an extra ingredient - a single human hair. the salad was plain, nothing special. My human can make a better salad from supermarket for a quarter of the price. Cheese was not fresh, they used the dry cheap stuff that didn’t taste of anything. Tartar sauce was missing from the plate, had to ask the waiter for it. The fries was decent but overly salted. The fried fish taste like my human’s refrigerator, definitely fresh from the freezer. The drink was alright, but the menu said lemon but what came was lime. The dessert was taste ok, like frozen cream not the cheesecake they said it was.

Portion - 0/5 as you can see from the photos, my poor human got duped. It looked nothing like the photo in the menu. The fish was about the same size a sardine in a can, slightly bigger than a chicken nugget. The chips looked like someone ate half the portion and left the smallest leftover chips on the plate. The salad looked flat, like someone stomped on it. The dessert took 2 bites to finish.

Service - 1/5 We had to repeatedly ask for missing items in our order. Also, the table next to us got yelled at by the waiter.

Atmosphere - 2/5 loud. Seats are too low and not too comfortable for people with long legs. Good place to come if you are a hobbit.

Your service staff has created a bad vibe to the entire sweet place. What a pity. It really seemed like she dislike her job so much that the kitchen staff has to serve the food when it's not busy and take orders too. Seats were dirty and unclean when it's not busy once again. If you don't feel like working, quit. Simple as that. Also, understand if the orders needs to wait 10-15min but I've waited 30 mins and no pre amp nothing from them that it'll be delayed and I witnessed 3 tables came after me food is served first. I had to watch them eat from beginning to finish. And their meal isn't other meal but same,...

I didn’t order any food this time, just want to find a place to relax a bit and have some reading, so just order a mug of coffee. It’s a convenient place to stay. However, staffs are not quite welcome. Any I just want to have a sit and do some reading. A customer (with her two little son and daughter) next to me has quite a few of complains. The order was going wrong but the staff wasn’t willing to apologize and change for her. I can only finished a chapter in here, wasn’t a good place to stay and relax. The coffee looks good...
