STARBUCKS Pioneer Centre Shop — Restaurant in Kowloon

Visiting from Seattle, WA, the land of Starbucks and espressos, this Starbucks was disappointing. The shot was not up to Starbucks' standard and the location is loud and certainly not a "meeting place" that Starbucks is meant to be. I understand that it is Hong Kong and the crowd is to be expected, but the lack of reasonable quality (Starbucks standard) really made it a poor experience.

One surprised, though, is that the Starbucks app in the United States would work in Hong Kong. It seems to be universal. Great...

Saw a cockroach crawling on the wall next to my seat the first time I went here, saw two cockroaches the second time, and there won't be a third time! The floors/walls look like they've never been cleaned.

Also, because half of the seats are in a separate area, a lot of seats get occupied by grannies and gramps who haven't bought anything, and of course no one says anything to them.

This is actually one of the worse Starbucks in HK for seating. There are so many people sitting on these tables that buy nothing from Starbucks. So you got to get your seat first before buying a coffee, otherwise you have no seat even though you are a paying customer. And these none customers leave so much junk on the tables as well which was not bought from Starbucks as the Starbucks staff don't clean up, so the whole place is a...
