The room was great. It's big enough for one person. The closet for hanging clothes is not very tall, so long coats will not fit. The room has cutlery, cups, plates, and a kettle. Disposable slippers and other things like sanitary products are provided. The shower is great. I just didn't like the wooden tiles in the bathroom. It doesn't seem very hygienic to me. The sink and toilet are somewhat low, for the taller people, this might not be too comfortable.

The lobby is on the first floor, and it took me a minute to figure it out. Especially when you get there at night. The hotel is located in a construction material sales area, so there is no hustle and bustle at night. Those areas are not too far, like a 5 minute walk. There are no convenient stores in the hotel area.

The staff was alright. They helped me set up the qr code when it was still needed. But when I asked about how much it would cost to extend my stay for a week, they told me to look online, which I did not do. The room got cleaned every day. On the last day I left my suitcases to pick up later. When I sat at the lobby to wait to get picked up, they were acting like I was a bum just sitting there.

I would not go back there even though the room was nice. Just the whole vibe of the area and the staff is not something I would go back to. For that amount of money or a little bit more, you can get way better service in...

This hotel is a hidden gem, it is near enough (under 10 mins walk) from the hustle and bustle of Prince Edward/Mong Kok and far enough from the noise. You are only a couple of mins away from the restaurants (Mong Kok Road), supermarkets (Tong mi Road), Street market (Canton Road) and 10 mins away from Prince Edward or Mong Kok MTR station.|The hotel does look like an office building and some taxi drivers would need to know the address (preferably in Chinese text) more than the hotel name. There aren't any "bell boys" at the entrance, so you would need to take your luggage to reception and to your floor.|The reception staff were great, they notice that we did not book/request (I assume the room were big enough but the room measurement included the bathroom/shower room) an easy access room and offer us that kind of room which was bigger to move a wheelchair around. The standard rooms are small and but comfortable especially if you have connecting rooms, there is a microwave, cutlery and hidden storage space for your luggage under the bed.|The only negative from me is the WiFi, is was OK for emails and surfing the internet but too slow for watching Amazon Prime or Netflix films and TV shows. All the staff were great and help us book a jumbo taxi for our 3 suitcases and wheelchair when we checked out, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this...

The hotel is not in the main tourist area of Mongkok but is nonetheless well located with large parts of Mongkok, Tai Kok Tsui and Prince Edward within comfortable walking distance. Mongkok MTR station exit A2 is 5 minutes walk away and there are many good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Rooms are not particularly large but are well-featured with a microwave in every room. The showers are also very spacious. The hotel is kept clean and the rooms are stocked with bottled water daily. Power sockets are sufficient to charge devices and to work. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to provide good service. At the end of our stay we had more luggage than we could comfortably manage, and the staff were more than happy to help us store our things after check out and then load it into our taxi downstairs when we left for the airport. They also let us store a few things in the hotel's fridge when they wouldn't fit in the one in our room. During our stay we had a few small issues with our room but they were resolved quickly, with the director of operations Simon Lee overseeing repairs personally. Mr Lee was also very forthcoming with advice and help with shop and travel recommendations. We had an excellent stay at the Lodgewood and can highly recommend it to...

We enjoyed a long stay at Lodgewood Mongkok this summer in one of their M suites. The L suite was not available at the time of booking. The best part about this hotel is their staff, everyone was friendly and helpful and always smiling. Services were prompt. The suite was clean and spacious, we loved the water pressure in the bathroom and the convenience of having a microwave, fridge, dinnerware and a dining table in the suite. However, we took one star away as our suite (2002) has a connecting door to next door (room 2003, not a suite). Very often when room 2003 was occupied, we could hear all the talking and actions in that room. There was a time my 4 yo daughter freaked out because a man next door was yelling and fighting with someone on the phone. The hotel also caters to many Chinese tourists and inevitably, some of them ignore the rules and smoke inside their rooms. The smell sometimes got into a suite, at times so overwhelming that all our clothes stink. Location wise, not entirely perfect considering how convenient everywhere else in HK is. There are some buses and mini buses a block away but it's usually a 7-8 minutes walk to Nathan Road to catch the buses or MTR to go places. Overall we enjoyed our stay except for the smoke and noise from the connecting room and will return to this hotel again.

Been to other Nina Hotels and thought I knew what’s offered. Booked a big room ~350 sq ft, thought i would have a relaxed stay for 5 nights. It turned out the hotel is way below my expectation. First is the location, Mongkok, which is a major shopping area. But the hotel is located in an industrial area in Mongkok, far from Langham Place. There is very limited good restaurants close by and shopping area is 7-9 mins away, plus the walkway to shopping area is not decent. Once I went to a gathering and return after 10pm, the streets were dark, all shops were closed and there were just 1-2 guys on the street, it was so scary….I knew Nina hotels’ locations are not in prime area but didn’t expect this bad. Second is the room, not grand as other Nina Hotels. Eg the washroom floor doesn’t have tile. Interior setting doesn’t cater to traveller’s needs.eg, no counter space to place skin care products, need to place them outside the bathroom and walk to and fro many times to finish skin care procedures. Fridge is tiny. Sofa facing microwave amand wardrobe, not TV. The room decor needs upgrade for sure. Service and housekeeping is ok. Overall not a value for money choice. I won’t come back again.
