In a recent dining experience, I encountered a disappointing level of service. While I understand that restaurants may face various challenges during busy periods, I want to extend my gratitude to the staff for providing equal and extremely poor service to all customers. Inside the restaurant, there's a group of people huddled around the serving area, but approaching them or trying to get their attention is met with complete indifference. The dishes are carelessly placed on nearby tables or even the wrong ones, and if you bring this up, they respond with disdain and refuse to assist. I'm not suggesting that I'm exceptional for patronizing this establishment, but weren't you folks the ones who chose to be servers? Did I force you into this role?! I hope this restaurant can expedite the implementation of QR code ordering, so that this group of servers can head home and rest as soon...

Great food in a typical Hong Kong Cha Chaan Ting. Can enjoy quickly served Hong Kong style dishes here. Usually have to queue up so be patient! The wait will be worthy. And also because it is always full of people, cramping within a small table and sitting with other people is inevitable. (It is part of HK restaurant culture haha) I would recommend noodles with satay beef, served with ham omelette and toast. Macaroni in soup with pork chop, served with scrambled egg and toast is also good. With a set (ie with drink) below 50HKD, I think it is fair in Prince Edward District. Been here for a few times already and the food is keeping its quality. Would definitely...

Indeed, just another Cha Chaan Teng.

We lined up for a bit before being called to go in. The line moved quickly as people going to cha chaan teng tends to go in and out fast. We shared a table with randoms, which was fine.

We ordered drinks and two egg tarts. The egg tarts were average, it had the soft outer layer, and the tart was quite bland, not very sweet. The drinks, on the other hand, were great for a hot day. The iced lemon tea was just the perfect amount of sweet but also a hint of lemon peel bitter. The cold milk tea coffee hits the spot perfectly, too.

Would probably come back to try other things on the menu and update my...

Really nice tea house in Hong Kong, they have branches all over so service may differ. Each branch is quite busy so expect to line up and queue. I ordered the pineapple bun + red bean ice for 30 HKD. They give you a slab of butter that your supposed to put in the hot bun and it’s supposed to melt. Mine was really good, although may not have been the healthiest thing to order. You can also get a combo of macaroni soup+pork, iced tea and scrambled eggs/toast for $56 HKD. Overall, really cheap and good flavor , and I wouldn’t mind to go again ..

I’ve always passed up this cha chaan teng as it’s always flooded with mainland tourists but recently had the cheese puff tart and it’s quite good. Decided to try their HK style french toast (sai do si) and i approve. If you haven’t had the HK variation they often flood it with condensed milk and between the toast could consist of peanut butter to kaya jam. This had a light melted cheese that really pairs well with the condensed milk and butter.
