In a recent dining experience, I encountered a disappointing level of service. While I understand that restaurants may face various challenges during busy periods, I want to extend my gratitude to the staff for providing equal and extremely poor service to all customers. Inside the restaurant, there's a group of people huddled around the serving area, but approaching them or trying to get their attention is met with complete indifference. The dishes are carelessly placed on nearby tables or even the wrong ones, and if you bring this up, they respond with disdain and refuse to assist. We ordered drinks and two egg tarts. The egg tarts were average, it had the soft outer layer, and the tart was quite bland, not very sweet. The drinks, on the other hand, were great for a hot day. The iced lemon tea was just the perfect amount of sweet but also a hint of lemon peel bitter. The cold milk tea coffee hits the spot perfectly, too.
Would probably come back to try other things on the menu and update my...
