Rings Coffee — Restaurant in Kowloon

Decided to come here for weekend brunch based on raving reviews on Google map. Reservation is not a must since we were able to get a table as we walked in without waiting, but we’ve noticed others do need to wait for a table from time to time. There’s a time limit for dine in so they could accommodate more customers which is common in HK. Food is good overall (our favourite is the yoghurt bowl!). Great menu selection for brunch: All day breakfast options are available alongside lunch menu, with good selection of beverages including some nice rare coffee. Downside: I ordered all day breakfast which surprisingly did not come with any bread/toast. As it tends to be quite salty (Parma ham), I had to add an order of sourdough in order to get through the meal. When I revisit the photos that other customers posted online, it seems that all day breakfast does come with bread, probably they just forgotten mine that day, and I didn’t know better, so just assumed bread is only available separately and ordered my own. The waitress did not say anything either when we ordered the bread. As I was still finishing up my yoghurt bowl, the waitress came and clear my plate so I had to lift up the bowl to save the super delicious yoghurt. Service wise there’s definitely a room for improvement. Hardware wise, this place could do with some touching up - there’s a big patch (est. 1x1m!) of temporary fix on the ceiling patched up with a board and tapes, and visible towel stuck at another edge of the ceiling, presumably is to deal with leakage. These are minor though, you won’t even notice these if you just don’t look up :) In general, good value for money as the ingredients are fresh and the ambience...

Cozy place to spend some time just relaxing. Came here on a Saturday afternoon after lunch nearby, waited around 5 mins for the table. Ordered one flat white, one hojicha latte and an apple crumble.

The latte art of the two drinks was so beautiful 🥰 The taste of the flat white was good, and there was some sweetness with the hojicha latte, there should be sugar in the powder I guess, but it actually tasted good as well.

For the apple crumble, I loved the vanilla ice cream but the rest was a bit too sweet for me. Would try other dessert next time.

Overall it was a nice place to spend some time just chilling. The service was great, the place was relaxing, not so noisy and quite spacious.

Would recommend ppl to come if coming to...

After the Geisha we tried last time, we always wna to re-visit Rings for their mains~ We came around 11:00 on Sunday and its already 70% full. 👦🏻 continued his All Day Breakfast trip here. The hashbrown is really crispy and yummy!! The taste and size of the breakfast is quite nice overall. 🧒🏽 tried their avocado & smoked salmon egg benedict, and was so surprised when i saw the dish, because they used half of the avocado🥑 as the base of the egg benedict😳😳OMGGG it just so nice and fresh. The yolk with smoked salmon is just really perfect.
