The female employee who worked this afternoon (Nov 14) had very bad service attitude. I purchased a Toffee Nut Latte at around 3 pm. However, due to the staff member's inability to hear my order correctly, she initially entered the wrong order on the screen. When I brought the error to her attention, I was met with extreme impatience, eye-rolling, and a disrespectful attitude. To my disbelief, she even went as far as forcefully throwing the receipt onto the table.
Importantly, I found that she was also very impatient when communicating with other mainland student customers.
